After your order has been shipped, it will reach you in the next couple of business days, in the case of Standard Delivery.
- Every order that has been placed after 2 PM, on a weekday (from Monday to Friday), must be shipped the next business day.

- In case the delivery of an order requires your signature, and no one is present to receive your order at the mentioned delivery address, it may be left with a neighbor who may sign for it in your place. If you do not want your neighbor to receive your order, please inform us when you are placing the order, and we will communicate it to the courier.
- No deliveries take place on Sundays, therefore the orders that are placed after 2 PM on Saturday will be dispatched after the weekend.

We offer no guarantee on making a change to the order before it is being shipped, however, we strongly suggest that you call us for enquiries that need to be addressed immediately.
- In the event of you placing a promotional order excluding a promotion, voucher, or discount, you are not eligible for a price modification except if you contact us prior to the order being shipped. TOPBRANDS2GO may carry out any price change in not more than 30 days but they are not compelled to. Any changes in the price will not be carried out 30 days after the order date.
The objective of TOPBRANDS2GO is to ship all orders within 1 working day. However, this is not a guarantee, and a bit of delay can happen occasionally during rush hours.

If you have lately placed an order with us and have opted for Standard Delivery. We request you to give us 10 days before you contact us. This is to ascertain that the courier has enough time to deliver your package.

Dispatches that just need a signature are not a fully trackable and hence will only display a change if delivery has already been attempted in case the package is being sent back to the sender or if there is a customs hassle (this applies only in case of exports).
Deliveries that do not need a signature to be tracked can be fully tracked all through their transit. They may not need a signature; however, a confirmation of delivery can be made. Tracked services that need a signature are both completely trackable and must be signed when they are received.
Cancellation Right: -
We cannot guarantee a request to cancel an order before it being shipped. Under such circumstances, it is your responsibility to return the order safely in exchange for a refund or replacement as under the Right to Cancel.
Non-Deliverable Addresses / Returns: -
TOPBRANDS2GO takes no responsibility for any discrepancies that you make on the shipping address. In case the delivery address on an order is invalid or undeliverable, no refund will be released till the order is sent back to us. If the order is sent back TOPBRANDS2GO, we will resend it after we have received it, on your request.
- A surcharge for the supplementary postage may be applicable on it.
- On the other hand, a refund will be issued for the goods that come back to us excluding our shipping charges sustained to send the order.
- This is applicable to all delivery services used.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an address that is available for delivery. Most of the orders will be dispatched using a delivery service that requires a signature, the customer is responsible to make sure that someone is available to sign for the package. The customer will get a notification if the courier has made an attempt to deliver your order; a card will be left with directions on organizing a re-delivery or pick up the package from the regional delivery office. If the customer is unable to receive the package or two delivery attempts that were made have failed, the package must be sent back to us. We request you to allow up to 14 business days for undelivered orders to come back to us. We will reship the order if we receive it, as per your request;
- A surcharge for the additional postage may be applicable.
- On the other hand, a refund will be released by us for the goods returned.
- This refund does not include TOPBRANDS2GO delivery charge to send the order.
TOPBRANDS2GO could manage to leave a package at a secure place of the delivery location, as requested by the customer. This is at the customer’s risk and TOPBRANDS2GO accepts no responsibility for any damage or theft of the package after delivery of the order to a secure place.
- TOPBRANDS2GO accepts no responsibility for verifying whether the products are disallowed or forbidden in any country apart from the Netherlands.
- Customers are requested to check their regional customs rules and regulations before they place an order.
- If the order is damaged or gets misplaced due to a Customs enquiry to the given delivery country, TOPBRANDS2GO is not responsible for any damage and no refund will be issued.
