Instructions
Adults: 2.6 grams once a day (1 dose of 2.6 grams = 1 measuring spoon filled to the bottom line) dissolve in a glass (+/- 250 ml) of water or fruit juice while stirring. For optimal absorption, it is recommended not to take the powder in combination with dairy drinks. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
