General Terms and Conditions of Topbrands2go

Article 1 - Definitions

• Cooling-off period: The period of 30 days within which the consumer can make use of their right of withdrawal.

• Consumer: The natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with Topbrands2go.

• Day: Calendar day.

• Right of withdrawal: The option for the consumer to waive the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

• Topbrands2go: The legal entity offering products to consumers at a distance.

Article 3 - Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Topbrands2go and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Article 4 - Right of Withdrawal & Return Timelines

1. The consumer has the right to cancel their order up to 30 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason.

2. After notifying Topbrands2go of their cancellation, the consumer has an additional 14 days to return the product.

3. Upon withdrawal, the consumer will be credited the full order amount, including original standard shipping costs. The direct costs for returning the product from home to the webshop are for the consumer's own account.

4. Topbrands2go will refund the amount due within 14 days after notification of the return, provided that the product has been received back in good order or proof of return shipment has been provided.

Article 5 - Handling of Products & Value Reduction (Waardevermindering)

1. During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care.

2. The consumer may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. If the consumer handles the product in a manner beyond what is permitted above, they are liable for any resulting diminished value of the goods (waardevermindering), which Topbrands2go may deduct from the refund.

4. The product must be returned with all delivered accessories, in its original condition and packaging where reasonably possible, in accordance with clear instructions provided by Topbrands2go.

Article 6 - Pricing & Payment

1. All prices listed on Topbrands2go include Dutch VAT.

2. Payments are processed securely at checkout via our authorized payment service providers.

Article 7 - Complaints & Disputes

1. Complaints regarding the performance of the contract must be submitted fully and clearly described to Topbrands2go within a reasonable time via sales@topbrands2go.nl.

2. Contracts between Topbrands2go and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

3. If a complaint cannot be resolved mutually, the consumer can submit the dispute for mediation to WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
