Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
1. Cooling-off Period & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After notifying us of your cancellation via sales@topbrands2go.nl, you have an additional 14 days to return your product.
Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including original standard shipping costs. The direct costs for returning the product from your home to our webshop are for your own account.
2. Product Condition & Value Reduction (Waardevermindering)
During the cooling-off period, you are permitted to unpack and inspect the product to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to how you would in a physical store.
If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect or try the item, you are liable for any resulting diminished value of the goods (waardevermindering). We may deduct this reduction in value from your final refund. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is returned securely packaged with all original accessories where reasonably possible.
3. Return Address
To initiate a return, please notify us by email at sales@topbrands2go.nl or info@topbrands2go.nl. You can then ship the package to our physical return address:

4. Refunds
We will refund the full amount due within 14 days after receiving notification of your cancellation, provided that the product has been received in good order or you have provided valid proof of return shipment. Refunds will always be issued using the original payment method used at checkout.
